The rock temple Mulgirigala
Just 20 kilometers away from our hotel is a magnificent temple complex, known for its large statues of a reclining Buddha. Beautiful wall-paintings, exciting sculptures and all of this is right in the caves. This place has a special energy and breathtaking panoramic views from the very top of the complex, whose height is 270m or 530 steps. Take your little ascent!
